Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital marketing and video production services, completed work and live campaigns (including ad spend) are non-refundable.

Ongoing services may be cancelled with prior written notice. Any applicable refunds are calculated based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

Monthly services must be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.
